During our second attempt of filiming we came across a few issues. The first one was how to transport the drum set from the apollo threate to the St John's park. I managed to hire a black cab, and get all 7 boxs of various sizes into the cab including myself. And also having to set the drum kit up took quite some time.
Another issue we later discovered was that our of our band members, Beatrix had dyed her hair from blonde to red, and due to not having enough time, as some of our zombies had to leave to visit one of there friends in hospital, we were unable to retake the shots with her red hair. That caused another issue as it ment we were forced to rush the filming of our project, as they only told us at the last minute.
Finally our last and worse problem we encounted was the hostile and agressive homeless people that were causing problems for us. They would not leave us alone in the production of our work, and were threating to damage our istruments, this ment that in the last section of our filming where the band was performing had to be rushed as the homeless people were getting more impatient every second, as they believed that the park belonged to them, and we had no right to film there. As a result we had to pay them off, but because we were unsure, and worrided that if they were to attack that the drumset that I hired could be damaged, which would mean the £2,000 drumset would have to be replaced. Finally, though the weather was good, the sun was causing issues for the quality of the camera, as it was shining directly onto the lens in some shots, resulting in my hand having to try and cover the shot, and as you could imagine, my hand got in the shot sometimes. But what we gathered that day, and after all the misfortune, I personally believe we have captured some good shots, and will be able to produce a good video. Heather
